Appraisal Fee Schedule:


• Single Engine, Basic (Cub, Champ, etc) : $375
  
  
• Single Engine, Std Performance (172, 177, PA28, etc): $450
  
  
• Single Engine, High Performance (182, PA32, B-36): $550
  
  
• Single Engine, Turbo Prop (TBM, 208, Pilatus): Hourly (Avg range: $850-1600)
  
  
• Multi Engine, Piston 6 Seats or Less (Baron, 310): Hourly (Avg range: $700-1200)
  
  
• Multi Engine, Piston Cabin Class (PA31, Cessna 303): Hourly (Avg range: $800-1400)
  
  
• Multi Engine, Turbo-Prop, Under 10,000 Lb: Priced by hourly rate
  
  
• Multi Engine, Jet, Under 10,000 Lb: Priced by hourly rate
  
  
  APPRAISAL Fees include time and materials for generating the appraisal report, and Priority shipping of the report to owner. Fees listed above do not include additional travel related expenses outside of the Albany, NY metro area. Any travel or mileage expenses are billed at cost. Ramp/landing fees incurred are responsibility of the owner.
